We are seeking for software engineers to build mission critical enterprise applications for InSync. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with backend expertise who can design and build mission-critical enterprise applications especially within telecom domain.

Qualifications required;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Information Technology from a reputed University.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in enterprise software development.
• Python based software development experience, including asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with relational & non-relational database types such as MongoDB/Postgre/MySQL 
• Experience working with message brokers such as Redis, Kafka and RabbitMQ clusters.
• Proven expertise in developing REST/GraphQL APIs and integration architectures with 3rd party systems
• Proven experience in ensuring enterprise application security standards & controls
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex distributed environments.
