Channel Partners

Channel partners works closely with InSync as they front end network automation requirements with their customers. Channel partners are empowered by InSync to for lead generations, use-case discovery and for first level support. InSync will collaborate with Channel partners for successful lead conversions and will empower sales teams with knowledge.


Channel Partner Pre-requisites
  • Committed to promote InSync products with a funnel
  • Have specialized sales person for solutions selling
  • Ability to generate leads and requirement identification
  • Ability to supply third-party HW/SW bundled with InSync product
  • Ability to fulfill turnkey orders
  • On-site engineer availability for customer support
  • Ability to provide first level support
  • 24/7 service desk​

Strategic Partners

Strategic partners works very closely with InSync as they complement network automation solutions with their systems or application expertise. Strategic partners have exceptional technical expertise to discover and initiate discussions with customers on network automation use-cases. They have highly capable network engineers who often help tailor made solutions for customers and are geared to provide second level support.

Strategic Partner Pre-requisites
  • Committed to promote InSync products with a funnel
  • Have specialized sales & technical resources for solution architecting and selling
  • Ability to discover use-cases, gather requirements and lead generation
  • Ability to perform a network study, compile data, analyse workflows related to network automation
  • Ability to respond to customer requirements independently or with minimum involvement of InSync
  • Have an exceptional resource pool of network engineers who has gone training on InSync product
  • Ability to supply third-party HW/SW bundled with InSync product and related services
  • Ability to fulfill turnkey orders
  • On-site engineer availability for customer support
  • Ability to provide first level and second level support
  • 24/7 service desk​
